As pet care professionals, we understand the bond between people and their small hairy companions. Our relationship with your dog is based on confidance and understanding. In certain cases, as with puppies or very nervous dogs, we may not be able to complete a full groom on the first visit. We believe that forcing an animal in some way may render him/her even more reluctant to cooperate. Be assured that what could not be completed on the first visit, will surely be possible on the second one, with the cooperation of your dog. Your dog will remember his/her first visit and since they would not have any bad experience associated with the salon, they will be more confidant and comfortable with the groomer.
