Our facilities are designed to pamper each and every one of our guests. We offer an open concept setting with 100% visibility to the grooming room at all times. Our appointments are scheduled and timed accordingly. We provide each pet with adequate one-on-one time for their individual needs. This will enable the technician to provide a peaceful and safe environment for each pet as well as perform the tasks without pressuring or hurrying them. We understand that going to the groomer’s can be stressful for some sensitive dogs and we are committed to making your precious pet feel like royalty. After grooming is complete, your dog will wait for you in our doggy lounge that is equipped with spacious cabins complete with a doggy bed. There are no cages in our establishment.

Our trims and hairstyles are not just tailored to the breed of your dog; we value and respect every client’s personal preference. Our goal is to provide you with the exact look you desire. We want you to leave our salon with a pet you can’t keep your hands off, or our job has not been done! We guarantee our work and will do everything possible to satisfy our client’s needs, except if that entails harming or hurting your pet. Severely knotted coats must be shaved down, as extensive untangling can be quite painful, especially in sensitive spots. We are very weak at heart when it comes to pets and we reserve the right to refuse performing any procedure that we deem to be to painful or too dangerous for esthetic purposes.

As loving pet care providers ourselves, we understand the bond we form with our furry little companions. Our relationship with your pet is based on trust and understanding. In some cases, such as puppies or very nervous dogs, we may not be able to complete the entire grooming process on the 1^st visit. We believe that forcing a pet in any manner will just worsen their reluctance to cooperate. Whatever cannot be achieved on the 1^st visit will most likely be accomplished on the second visit, with your pet’s approval. He or she will remember their initial visit and because they will have no negative experiences to associate with our salon, they will become trusting and at ease with the groomer
